Orders are not confirmed until a completed order form is received, as well as cleared payment of a deposit.
Orders are done in sections, due to occupying different appointments in the diary, as follows:
Order 1 – Save The Dates
Order 2 – Invitatons
Order 3 – On-the-Day Stationery
Deposit payments required for orders are as follows. All deposit payments are non-refundable.
Order 1 – Full Payment (Save The Date)
Order 2 – 50% deposit (Invitations)
Order 3 - £25 diary slot fee (unconfirmed details) or 50% deposit (confirmed details) (On-The-Day Stationery)
When ordering items such as Save The Dates and Invitations, we would advise having some additional items and blanks in addition to the planned amount. These are entriely optional, however, we do not always have time to make additional items once an order is complete.
Colours selected are based on supplier availability and may vary slightly from those originally seen.
Items such as Save The Dates, Invitations, Orders of Service are proofed prior to making. Proofs are sent to the customer to check and confirm. Sometimes errors can happen, and it is hoped these are spotted during proofing. Once proofs are confirmed and items printed, any errors found will incur further cost.
Due to significant variances in spellings, we do not check the spellings of names. It is the responisbility of the customer to ensure names are spelt correctly. Items requiring replacement due to spelling errors will incur further cost.
Postage & Packing charges will be added for items requiring posting. Items are well packaged with protective bubble wrap. We use either a courier or Royal Mail for posting of items. We require signatures on delivery and also insure items. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items in transit.
We always aim for order completion by our target deadline date, however, on occasions circumstances beyond our control may prevent this. We will always complete the order at the earliest opportunity.
We hold your details purely for use with your order, we do not pass them on to any third parties.
